Just basically a bunch of minigames in one disc....i never really saw a story in mario party games

really boring when ur playing by urself

I mean like Mario Party 2 was that they made a land and they were arguing for what it was called so they decided to play Mario Party to decide who would name the Land!

There isn't really a storyline. Its just PARTY PARTY MARIO PARTY! However this party is boring.

You need 4 people, To play this game, But on your on when you first get it. It's pretty fun though, Mario Party 8 rocks. Also the game could have been on Gamecube but still, A great game.

I didn't enjoy it much, but then again, I'm not a huge Mario Party fan. My little brother loves Mario Party game though, and even he didn't play this one much.

I got this one for my birthday, it isn't too bad but I only ever played mario Party 2 and that was ages ago so it's all relatively new to me.Anyway the story is Mario and his frineds go tothe star carnival where they compete at the star arena to win a year supply of candy
