Confirmed Stages

Battlefield: The same layout as battlefield from Melee just with a new look. As you battle the background changes from Day to night and back again
Delfino Plaza: This satge begins on a metal platform flying above Isle Delfino. As you battle the platform fly around and eventually lands on a part of the island. I will stay there for a while before flying off again and landing somewhere else, similar to Mute City from Melee
Yoshi's Island: I very simple looking stage composed of one large platform with a small platform floating above it. As you battle the season change however it looks like this only effects the background and no part of the stage itself
Lylat Cruise: Fox's new home stage. Unlike the previous 2 games you are no longer battling on the Great Fox, this time you are battling on the back on a new ship the Pleiades. As you battle the ship flies through asteroid belts, dogfights and even enters Corneria's atmosphere
Bridge of Eldin: This stage is taken from Twilight Princess. It is a basic flat stage with no platforms, occasionally King Bulbin appears and uses bombs to make a hole in the stage that you can fall through but
a piece to fill in the gap will be magically transported to the stage via portal
Smashville: A stage based on a town from the animal crossing games. It has a very similar stage design to Yoshi's Island, a big platform with a small one above it. The time of the day in the background is determined by the wii's internal clock just like in the animal crossing games. If you play the stage p.m on a Saturday K.K Slider (a guitar playing do from the Animal Crossing Games) will give a live performance
Rumble Falls: Similar to Icicle Mountain from Melee, this stage slowly scrolls upwards. It is DK's new stage and is set in a tropical forest in front of a waterfall
Skywolrd: Pit's home stage, it consists of 5 platforms floating in the sky which can all be broken. In the background a temple can be seen
Castle Seige: This level is set on a castle under enemy siege from a Fire Emblem game, it isn’t any castle in particular just whichever one you want it to be. The fight begins on the roof of the castle, which soon collapses taking the fight to the throne room. In the throne room there are large statues holding up platforms which can be broken. eventually the floor of the throne room breaks too and the fighter all fall to the underground, it is currently unknown what exactly there is in the underground
WarioWare: The level begins on a large platform with 4 smaller one floating above it. The stage will change into 5 second microgames where you must perform a simple task, like dodging falling arrows or staying dry in the rain, jut like in the WarioWare games, if you succeed there will be some sort of reward
Pokemon Stadium 2: This stage is exactly the same as Pokemon Stadium from Melee exept it has thrown out the old Fire, water, Grass and Rock modes and has new Ice, Ground, Flying and Electric modes. In the ice mode the stage becomes covered in ice, making thing slippery. The ground mode looks like some sort of fossil excavation site and has a large mound of earth in the middle of it. In the flying mode everyone’s jumping abilities are enhanced. And we are yet to see the electric mode
Battleship Halberd: This is Meta Knight's home stage. The fighting takes place on a flying platform which follows the Halberd around. The level begins in a hanger with the Halberd which it soon leaves and flies around in the sky for a little while. the platform eventually lands on a part of the Halberds Deck with a double barreled battery with and arm on it. The Battery will occasionally attack with beam missile blast and it's arm
Shadow Moses Island: This is Snake's home stage. It is set infornt of the helipad in Shadow Moses Island. This stage has walls and no pits so you can only KO foes upwards, however the walls can be broken allowing you to KO sideways. Occassionally aa Metal Gear will appear in the background
